The Bluenose Inn has 97 guestrooms located in the Sienna Nordica, each room is outfitted with a refrigerator. Televisions with DVD players and cable channels are also provided, as are hairdryers, irons and bathrobes for guest’s use. The rooms are also air-conditioned and come with CD players. Business friendly amenities in the rooms include high speed wireless internet, a complimentary weekday newspaper and phone with voice mail services. 52 additional luxurious rooms can be found in the Mizzentop, which feature fireplaces and private balconies overlooking the lake. The Bluenose also offers two-room Mizzentop Suites for added privacy.
Dining is available on site at the Looking Glass restaurant. The Looking Glass restaurant has large windows providing a spectacular lakeside view and a menu designed by Executive Chef Artuno Montes. Room service is available during specific hours. The Inn also features The Great Room bar and lounge for guests to relax and have a drink in. At night the room is transformed into a relaxing entertainment room complete with live piano performances.
The Bluenose Inn is located within walking distance of downtown Bar Harbor Village. From there visitors can see the many historical landmarks located around town and possibly attend one of the village’s many festivals.
