This 4-star property can be found in the Scottish Highlands just outside of Inverness. It’s accessible from the A96 (from Elgin) and the A9 from the Cairngorm region. The River Ness enters the Moray Firth close by.

The hotel’s 28 guestrooms are all uniquely furnished and finished with a distinctly Scottish tone. Crystal chandeliers and marble fireplaces add an element of romance to the atmosphere, something the hotel prides itself on throughout. Colourful and picturesque flower gardens, luscious lawns, and ancient trees are all amongst the settings people can see. As well as that, there’s also a cycle track for those looking to make it further from the house, as well as a herd of shaggy cattle and a duck pond.

Back indoors the hotel’s restaurant has been awarded an AA rosette for fine cuisine as well as winning independent restaurant awards. Guests can expect a fine menu of traditional Scottish dishes, including Roasted Wild Sea Bass and Tournado of Scottish Beef Fillet. Fish and beef are rightfully prevalent on the menu. The restaurant sources its ingredients from local suppliers ensuring fresh, high-quality food and an authentic taste.

As for activities, the hotel offers a wide range of attractive events for its customers. Fishing, shooting, and golf are always popular in this region and staff can arrange any of these. A game of lawn croquet may appeal to others.
